General

1. All items hired remains the property of e20lights.

2. A booking is confirmed when you have paid the deposit (if applicable) or full booking price and have received a booking confirmation message.

3. We will not attend or supply services for a booking that has not been paid for either by way of deposit or in full.

4. Acceptance of goods and services from us implies that you have accepted our Terms & Conditions.

5. We will use best endeavours to set up items as requested by the Hirer but we reserve the right to change the set up if required to do so by the Venue or in the interest of health & safety.

6. We reserve the right to charge a refundable security deposit at anytime prior to the date of the event.

Cancellation

1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, therefore in the event of a cancellation the deposit payment will not be refunded. Payment will only be refunded in the event of a force majeure.

Responsibilities of The Hirer

1. The Hirer accepts full responsibility for the security and safe use of items hired until collection or return to e20lights.

2. Please supervise children and pets to avoid items falling over.

3. Please ensure no items are attached to the front or side surfaces that may cause damage to the paintwork.

Outdoor use

1. Unless agreed by e20lights, all items are for indoor use only. Under no circumstance can they be used under the rain or in a weather condition that will cause damage to the items.

Damage fee

1. We expect items to be retuned in the same condition as supplied. In the event of items requiring any form of repair or a repaint then the Hirer shall bear the cost of any such repair/repaint. This will be a minimum of £15 per item and could rise depending on the size or nature of the damage.

2. In the event that items are damaged beyond economical repair or are lost, the Hirer shall bear the full cost of replacement.

Out of hours

1. Our earliest delivery time is 9am so deliveries before this time is classed as out of hours. The rate is £25 per hour. Out of hours delivery is subject to availability and at our discretion.

2. Our latest collection time is midnight so collections after midnight is classed as out of hours. The rate is £20 for the first hour (12pm to 1am) and £25 per hour thereafter. Out of hours collection is subject to availability and at our discretion. Collection next day, if permissible by the venue, is fine at no extra charge.
